Sara’s weekly blog posts will be automatically posted to the MindHealth App.

If you are a regular reader of Sara’s blogs, you will be able to access them with ease directly on the app and you can save any of your favourites to your personal library, to go back to at any time.

All of Sara’s blogs are converted to podcast versions each week and will be automatically loaded to the App, so that you can listen on the go from wherever you please.

Sara is an educational author and provides CPD training to schools to assist teachers with helping students to cope with mental health struggles.
