As we wait to welcome in the New Year I thought I would revisit the top 5 blogs for 2019. I am looking forward to welcoming in 2020 with you all this year and continue the journey to becoming the best version of ourselves.
2020 is the start of a New Year in a new decade! The possibilities are endless and if there are any topics you would like to hear covered, then let me know in the comments below!
The Cat

The Cat is one of my very first blogs, it is an analogy I constantly revisit. More recently, it has been published as a children’s book.
New View

Our focus and particularly our unconscious focus can have a massive impact on what we can see and experience around us.
This is a great blog for challenging your perceptions and making a conscious decision to change your thought processes.
Mood Hoover

Life is complicated and it can be easy to get influenced by the people around us and the environment we are in. This is great if we are surrounded by positive up beat people who support us selflessly, and we are then able to give the same level of support back. This is the ultimate option for all of us, but we do know that this is not likely and we have to accept that other people’s moods may not be in a positive place for us.
Path

Our minds live by habit and sends what it thinks we should be doing, if you have spent a lot of time not being present and living in the worry state then your mind will continue to send this habit until you set up a new one for it to use. This is not an instant thing through, it’s something that needs repetition to develop and time to let this establish. If you have been walking the same path for years just imagine how that path would look in a physical way, after years it would be heavily indented and trodden down. This old path you would instantly see it clearly and with it being worn down it can be hard to get off of it too, as the edges of the path would be higher and the natural flow would drive you down the path.
Positive

Being positive is a must and is something we should all strive to be, it enhances our mood, reduces stress and allows us to start seeing and attracting happier experiences into our lives. What we have to accept is that life will be challenging and we just can’t escape from that, but we can choose to approach things with as much positivity as possible.
Thank you all for you continued support!
As ever, thanks for dropping by
