Don’t Feed the Cat- Now Available on Amazon

Buy Now

I am so pleased this week to announce that my Don’t Feed the Cat Book is now available on Amazon. I cannot wait to share this new journey with you! Don’t worry though, the blog will still be tackling new issues every week to help you become the best version of yourselves.

With so many pressures on young people in today’s society, the complete absorption of a virtual world, access to information at our fingertips- it isn’t a surprise that more and more young people are experiencing anxiety and feeling out of control.

Anxiety can be such a debilitating condition, it is frightening for adults- so you can only imagine what it is like for a young child or teenagers experiencing these emotions. As a parent it can be difficult to understand, especially if they aren’t able articulate their feelings. I have seen some incredibly young children recently, one as young as 4! This has spurred me on to create the Cat Series in the hope of equipping parents with the right tools and empowering children to take back control of their minds and live happy, healthy lives.

For parents, it might not be on an extreme level- if it is then always seek help from a medical professional or see someone like myself. It can be overthinking, worrying, attachment issues, lack of confidence, ‘tantrums’ to name a few. The Don’t Feed the Cat analogy can be used and transferred to many different situations and I want to be able to help you use this tool.

Parent Sessions

I am going to be running a parent session on the 6th of November at 4pm (venue TBC) in Leicester. The session will have limited space, so they will be on a first come, first serve basis.

This is an open session for parents who may have concerns about children’s anxieties, worries or simply just want to expand their knowledge and ensure their children grow up mentally strong and resilient.

I will be talking through the book, how to use it and also want to take this opportunity to speak to you about your own experiences and offer support and guidance. It’s a completely free session, but in order to prepare I would like to be able to confirm the amount of people that are coming.

If you would like to attend, please email sara@hypnosara.blog

School Visits

I am currently in the process of getting in touch with schools to be able to speak to the students about anxiety and practical tools to deal with it. Mental health is getting higher up on the curriculum and it is amazing to see so many schools taking the health of their students seriously.

If you know a school that would be interested in a visit, then please do let me know.

Tackle Anxiety 1 Book at a Time

I would like to ask for your support once again, if you could all take the time to like the page: @anxietyclinicseries, share the posts with your friends and family, tag anyone that may benefit this would really help to spread the word. If anyone has any questions about the book or would like to know more, then don’t hesitate to email me.

Together- we can empower the next generation!

Thank you to everyone who has supported me both on the blog and the release of my children’s book: Don’t Feed the Cat- you’re continued support means a lot and I am incredibly grateful.
